Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time for United Kingdom orders is 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders of £19.99 or more
- £3.99 shipping fee for orders below £19.99
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
